Paul Herron - Sheffield-based creative & graphic designer



I have worked more than 25 years in design, digital and marketing, commissioning and creating brands, websites, content, campaigns, exhibitions, and marketing materials for clients far and wide, often working internationally.

That has afforded me real insight and understanding, but also a great list of tried and trusted contacts – specialists in their creative and strategic fields, from coders to copywriters and filmmakers to photographers. I also know, from experience, the value of having a strategic heart to any creative project – this really drives good creative work that delivers for my clients. And over time, I’ve learnt that’s what I like to see best: creative that delivers, making a big difference to businesses of all sizes.

Graphic Designer + Art Director

Matt creates engaging and intelligent design solutions with an emphasis on clarity and simplicity. A specialist in both print and digital, he brings brands to life offline and on.

With over 20 years experience his work spans across sectors, including education, third sector, consumer, B2B and culture. Disciplines include brand design and strategy, corporate identity, print communications, digital design, exhibition and interiors.

He’s worked on projects for corporate heavyweights such as Activision, BAFTA, Disney, KPMG, SITA, TTI and Sony. Closer to home, he has worked on projects for Sheffield Hallam University, Sheffield Chamber of Commerce, Westfield Health, South Yorkshire Housing Association, Abbeydale Brewery and Owlerton Stadium.

Alison - Graphic Designer


Graphic Designer + Artworker

Alison has 20 years experience working in London and Sheffield, with industry knowledge and design skills that go with working in varied design environments, from small boutique design agencies to in-house within the legal sector. 

With a strong background in corporate and annual report design Alison has worked on projects for Manchester United, Veolia, Shell, Camden Council and Hogan Lovells.

Alison and I work closely together and she has always proved to be a perfectionist in all she does.

Lucy – Account Manager


Account Manager 

Lucy’s role is to understand and communicate our clients’ needs, and is a key part in ensuring our working process remains seamless. She’s involved in every stage of our journey with clients — from the initial conversations through to development and launch, Lucy is there to make sure they always feel informed and supported.

Lucy has a real passion for cultivating and nourishing client relationships; she has 10 years experience in customer contact and sales, working extensively across the business and travel sectors. She has worked with large corporate brands including Rolls Royce and Stage Coach, and has recently managed client relations for Fairview hotels — one of the largest franchises of Accor Hotels, which includes brands such as Mercure, Novotel and Ibis.

Jennifer - Copywriter



Jennifer is a talented copywriter with a really diverse portfolio. Both a content creator and copyeditor, she works closely with the design and branding team to support visual language through words, tone and narrative. With a passion for digital and print, she ensures that our clients’ brand stories and positioning are both compelling and precise from concept to completion, and are fit for purpose across all channels and media.

She has worked on television adverts, produced longform feature articles for magazines and written film scripts, including a feature length release for Amazon Prime.

Jeremy - Web Developer at HERRON + CO, Sheffield.


Web Developer + Chief Geek 

I have worked closely with Jeremy for the last 15 years. This working relationship that has been forged over the years means he’s my go-to-guy for the brainpower, direction and development of my digital and tech projects.

He has led web development, mobile app development, user-­centred design and SEO projects. He has worked in WordPress, PHP, MySQL, Zend Framework, HTML 5, CSS 3, Javascript and jQuery for clients such as Sony, Sports Direct, 505 Games and Sheffield Theatres Trust.

When Jeremy isn’t leading the development of our digital projects, he’s following the latest developments in technology, analysing insane amounts of data, and having yet another cup of coffee.

3D Visualisation + Animation

When it comes to 3D visualisation and animation, Andy is the best in the business. For over 20 years he has worked across a wide range of sectors, including; product, packaging, advertising, architecture and manufacturing.

Andy creates high-levels of realism to showcase products features and how they operate in their environments. This is especially useful for clients who have products that work in enclosed environments, for example the internal workings of an engine or systems that are used underground.

Heather - Brand Planner + Copywriter


Brand Planner + Copywriter

Heather’s a really experienced brand planner and copywriter that I’ve enjoyed working with since 2016. She has a natural ability that ensures she very quickly ‘gets’ the clients we work with, can define what it is that makes them special, or makes their services and offer distinct, and package it neatly.

She works with me on business naming, creative copy and copywriting, and together with our creative team helps to position our clients pitch perfect.

Holly is our Studio Manager


Studio Manager

Holly’s an experienced executive assistant with a decade’s worth of experience working with small businesses, senior executives and self-employed entrepreneurs. She’s passionate about helping businesses reach their full potential by supporting their day-to-day needs, managing administrative tasks and removing blockers to getting things done.

At HERRON + CO, Holly oversees and manages projects throughout the studio, helping keep the in-house team informed and organised to ensure the everything runs smoothly. She also liaises with clients and oversees all ongoing and future works, from planning to delivery.
